Administrative Assistant


  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents

  • Coordinate on projects

  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking

  • Assume other receptionist duties when needed

Marketing Assistant


  • Develop working relationship with domestic and global clients

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

  • Attend and assist in marketing events and exhibitions

  • Providing support in every aspect of the marketing, sales and business development functions.

Purchasing Assistant


  • Inventory planning for in and out shipments

  • Maintain strong working relationship with vendors

  • Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates

  • Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters

  • Maintains files of descriptions of available supplies

  • May inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications

  • Performs related job duties as required
